Offering guests an exciting gaming,
entertainment and dining experience, the 217,691-square-foot
River-Wind Casino is inspired by the energy of natural elements-the
prairie winds and the flow of the North Canadian River near the
Chickasaw Nation's reservation. The casino's front elevation swoops
consist of steel channels with a perforated metal web to create a
structural billboard. Silver-coated Alucobond composite metal
panels from 3A Composites USA Inc. carry the flowing design through
to the building's front entry elevation. The flowing images carry
out the wind and water theme and reflect the motion of cars on the
nearby highway. Adding visual energy to the design is
color-changing kinetic lighting. CENTRIA's Formawall insulated
metal panels and Concept Series CS-660 concealed fastener panels
make up the blue façade, pylon sign and porte cochere.
Throughout the interior, the wind and river theme is continued
by cool colors and motifs associated with water, and warm colors
and elements that represent wind. Featuring a swooping angle at the
top, the aluminum interior column covers from Móz Designs Inc. have
a gold and silver swirled pattern with a polycoat finish. Adding to
the excitement for casino and dining customers, unique lighting
illuminates the metal interior with a stimulating flow.
