The architect made the
midsection-floors five through 17-of this landmark hi-rise hotel
located in the midst of Times Square the architectural focal point.
The section features canted walls, sharp angles and an array of
boldly colored 4-mm-thick Alucobond aluminum composite material
wall panels in six colors from 3A Composites USA Inc. The panels
were manufactured and fabricated using 3-D modeling and CNC
equipment.
