Completed in March 2011,
the City of Pass Christian Municipal Complex
located in Pass Christian, Miss., features 29,676
square feet of Houston-based MBCI's 24-gauge BattenLok HS standing
seam roof panels coated in MBCI's Signature 300 color of Tundra.
While metal was used subtly within the structure, the metal roof
plays a crucial role, providing cool roofing, minimal maintenance
and durability in an area that can be affected by hurricanes. Low
maintenance costs were another feature the city was looking for
when choosing a roofing product. Jaubert Associates Architecture,
Pass Christian, was the architect; Kenneth Thompson Builders,
Greenwood, Miss., served as the general contractor; and Panel
Exteriors, Memphis, Tenn., installed the roofing panels.
