In need of a new roofing system, St. John Lutheran
Church in Spring, Texas, was looking for something
that would require minimal maintenance and provide a long-lasting
roofing system. The old asphalt shingles were torn off and replaced
by a metal roof from Houston-based MBCI. Completed in September
2011, the project consists of 10,000 square feet of MBCI's 24-gauge
SuperLok standing seam roof in Medium Bronze. Ziegler Cooper
Architects, Houston, was the architect, and Skweres Services,
Houston, was the roofing contractor.
