Tomorrow's Corner,
St. Clairsville, Ohio
Located in the Fox Commerce Park, Tomorrow's Corner has a mission
to help people enjoy their day. Opened in June 2008, the
12,000-square-foot (1,115-m2) facility provides day habilitation
services to adults with mild to severe developmental disabilities.
Activities include sensory, art, music, exercise, nature
appreciation and relaxation. The 40-member staff specializes in
providing comfort to those who would not benefit from traditional
habilitation services.
The project utilized 145.44 squares (1,351 m2) of Mesa roof panels
in Brandy wine and 59.06 squares (549 m2) of Mesa wall panels in
Clay on the building. Quality Builders, Berlin, Ohio, was the
builder on the project.

Private Residence,
Milton, Fla.
Completed this past summer, this home in Milton, Fla., utilized 2
2/3-inch (68-mm) by 7/8-inch (22-mm) corrugated flush panels from
Petersen Aluminum Corp. The project specified 3,500 square feet
(325 m2) of 0.032-inch (0.8-mm) aluminum 7/8-inch corrugated
panels, along with 2,800 square feet (260 m2) of 0.032-inch
aluminum flush panels and 1,000 square feet (93 m2) of 0.032-inch
aluminum flashings. The panels featured PAC-CLAD KYNAR 500 coating
in Champagne Metallic and Copper Penny Metallic from Valspar.
Specialty Contractors, Pensacola, Fla., was the roofing contractor;
Spencer Maxwell Bullock, Pensacola, was the architect of record;
and Biggs Green Construction Services Inc., Pensacola, was the
general contractor.
