All Weather Insulated Panels' Flat (FL40) Architectural Wall Panels arrive on-site in one piece and require one-step vertical or horizontal installation. Its standard metal surface is 22-gauge smooth and 24-gauge embossed G-90 galvanized steel with PVDF and SMP exterior coatings. The horizontal assembly incorporates a clean end joint design that utilizes a self-aligning pre-painted aluminum extrusion. FL40 Architectural Wall Panels' overlapping joints are selfaligning and allow for sealant applications at the panels' joinery.
