The new resort town on southern Vancouver Island overlooks Cheanuh Marina. Owners can choose from nine house designs, all with West Sacramento, Calif.-based ASC Building Products' 16-inch, 26-gauge Skyline Roofing with striations and ZINCALUME Plus coating.

Spirit Bay is a partnership between Victoria, British Columbia-based Trust for Sustainable Development and Scia'new First Nation, Sooke, British Columbia. The new community is pedestrian oriented and situated near forest trails and seaside parks. Merrick Architecture, Victoria, and Victoria Design Group, Victoria, were the architecture firms for the project. Cantech Construction, Victoria, was the general contractor; Aerial Roofing, Sooke, was the roofing contractor and installer; and Slegg Lumber, Victoria, was the roofing supplier.
