Apogee Architectural Metals’ New President: Troy Johnson

Troy Johnson has been appointed president of Apogee Architectural Metals, the business segment of Apogee Enterprises, Inc., that includes the Alumicor, EFCO, Linetec, Tubelite, and Wausau Window brands of aluminum framing and fenestration products.

Johnson’s architectural experience spans more than 25 years of work in the glass, glazing, and aluminum framing and fenestration industry. He has been a member of Apogee Enterprises’ executive committee since 2020, and most recently served as the president of the Apogee Architectural Services segment and Harmon.

During his 14 years with Harmon, Johnson emphasized building a people-first culture, delivering landmark projects across the country, and growing the business capabilities and footprint. “I’m looking forward to working with another outstanding team to deliver value to our customers and continue our company’s growth,” says Johnson.

Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering from Michigan Technological University and attended the Minnesota Management Institute (MMI) program at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
