AWIP Taps New VP of Sales & Marketing

Insulated metal panel manufacturer All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has promoted Joe Paparella to vice president of sales and marketing. He has previously served as AWIP’s director of commercial sales since 2023.

“Having worked closely with Joe, I’ve seen how naturally he puts the customer at the center of every conversation,” says Greg Lusty, president of AWIP. “In one of his first meetings, he reframed a technical discussion around what really mattered to the client—that kind of focus builds trust and ensures we’re delivering real value. It’s exactly the mindset AWIP needs as we look to deepen our customer relationships.”

In his new role, Paparella will continue to lead AWIP’s sales and marketing teams, with a focus on new growth initiatives such as IMPpro, Inside Sales programs, and strategic segment targeting.
