Englert has recruited Cassandra Kling to lead this dynamic initiative and she has joined the company as the Director of the Englert Environmental Business Unit.
The Englert Environmental Business Unit focuses on providing environmentally preferable products and services that complement Englert’s high quality metal roofing, wall and gutter products. Englert Environmental products and services are coordinated with the supply of roofing, gutter and wall systems and include solar electric systems, solar thermal systems, hybrid solar energy systems, building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) and rainwater harvesting systems. Englert’s national network of contractors and dealers will now have a single source solution for high quality green building and alternative energy solutions.
Kling brings more than 15 years of experience within the green building and alternative energy industry. Kling has a proven track record for implementing dynamic business initiatives and ventures within the clean-tech industry with a specific area of focus of market expansion, technology commercialization, and business development of distributed networks. Kling is a recognized clean technology expert, having received awards by the American Solar Energy Society, the Solar Energy Industries Association, and the American Wind Energy Association for her work on the commercialization of renewable energy technology and markets.
Kling will lead Englert’s’ strategic expansion into the complementary offerings of solar and rainwater harvesting, by directing the product offerings, support services and training programs of the Environmental Business Unit.
