CMG boosts regional presence with Detroit facility, experienced hire

Coated Metals Group (CMG)[2], based in Verona, Wis., opened a distribution facility in Detroit. Also, CMG hired Kourtney Olter, an outside sales representative, for the new location.

Olter has more than 10 years of experience in the metal-building products industry. She will be responsible for building client relationships and expanding the company’s presence in the greater Detroit area.

Gary Woodward, president at CMG, says, “Bringing [Olter] to the team is a pivotal step in ensuring the success of our Detroit facility. Her extensive experience, industry expertise, and passion for the metal-building products industry align perfectly with our vision for growth. We are confident that [Olter] will play an integral role in establishing CMG Detroit as the premier supplier in the region.”
