Fabral Expands Customer Care Team

Fabral[1] continues to embrace the company’s commitment to placing customers first. Long recognized in the industry for superior customer service, the Fabral Customer Care team is one of the most experienced in the industry. New customer service leadership now complements this team of experts whose members have an average tenure of more than 12 years.

Robin Gwinn, FabralRobin Gwinn now heads up Fabral’s Architecture Customer Care team and is based in Jackson, Ga. Gwinn brings nearly 20 years of customer service experience from The Home Depot and Exel, a supply chain and logistics company, along with proven success in process improvement and creating high-performing teams. Gwinn demonstrates her commitment to outstanding customer experiences through communication, collaboration and teamwork.

Chris Crumlich, FabralChris Crumlich has assumed the role of Senior Customer Care Manager for Fabral’s Light Gauge team. Based out of Norcross, Ga., Chris will be responsible for daily tactical management while also driving continuous improvement for the Fabral customer experience. Crumlich previously served as Director of Sales Operations for Reliance Worldwide Corporation, the world’s largest manufacturer of plumbing fittings and water valves and fittings, and as Director of Customer Operations for Onity (a division of United Technologies). Crumlich holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University.
