Mestek, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has acquired Linel, a leading provider of skylight and architectural metal solutions. Mestek is a manufacturing concern headquartered in Westfield, Mass. with annual sales of approximately $375 million and 2000 employees in 15 North American and one Chinese facility. Mestek’s principal activities include HVAC, architectural products and metal-forming machinery.
Linel is a manufacturer headquartered in Mooresville, Ind.. Linel’s principal activities include custom skylights and architectural solutions including custom curtain walls, canopies, wall-cladding, rain screens, point supported structures, etc.
