ALPOLIC Materials recently announced the release of a strategically designed mobile site.
Mike Zavo, ALPOLIC’s Director of Sales, stressed that ALPOLIC’s mobile site responds to the increasing use of mobile technology to access product information. He explained, “We have been tracking ALPOLIC Materials website traffic for quite some time now, and what we’ve discovered is a steady increase in entry to the site via mobile devices. ALPOLIC’s new mobile site addresses this developing trend.”
ALPOLIC’s mobile site was developed using a user-centered approach which closely analyzed what features various user groups found most important when accessing the site from a mobile device. The result was the creation of a mobile solution that meets user needs and expectations. ALPOLIC’s mobile site is expected to be particularly helpful to users “in the field” by offering convenient access to an array of product information.
ALPOLIC’s mobile site allows customers to review company information, finishes, products, downloads, fabrication information and samples quickly and easily. Other features of ALPOLIC’s mobile site include seamless access to technical product information and the company’s social media outlets- including ALPOLIC’s latest newsfeed, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr. Phase 2 of ALPOLIC’s mobile site will include even more useful features.
