The American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI)[1] published two cold-formed steel test standards:
AISI stated its committee on specifications developed AISI S921-19 to establish procedures for confirmatory and performance testing of the strength and serviceability of cold-formed steel truss assemblies and components. It is applicable to roof and floor trusses built as component assemblies or fabricated on site. AISI S922-19 provides a test method for determining the strength and stiffness of bearing-friction interference connector assemblies installed in cold-formed profiled steel panels including steel deck and steel deck-slabs.
