Perth Amboy, N.J.-based Englert Inc. welcomes Dennis Arroyo as the N.J. branch manager. Arroyo joins Englert from WNH Systems in Carlstadt, N.J., where he was a senior project manager providing design and installation for distribution systems. Arroyo is a member of the N.J. Project Management Institute.
