Englert makes new hires

Englert Inc., Perth Amboy, N.J., recently announced a number of new hires. Tom Martinelli of Lafayette, Colo., has been named western region sales manager, responsible for metal roofing and rainware product sales throughout the Western States, Dennis C. Maher of Scituate, Mass., has joined Englert as architectural sale representative for the Northeast Region, and Shawn Allen of Lakewood, Colo., is a gutter sales representative in Englert’s Denver office.

Martinelli brings more than 11 years of building products experience to the position. He has served in various management roles in the building products industry including regional manager for Dow Roofing Systems and sales director for a major manufacturer of wood-fiber cover board.

Maher has more than 20 years of experience in the building products industry including nearly a decade in roofing in the New England market. That includes positions as a representative to the architectural market for Sarnafil Inc.’s single-ply PVC roofing business and as a sales representative managing the largest territory for W.R. Grace & Co.’s construction products’ underlayment business in North America.

Allen has more than a dozen years of experience in the building products industry, including positions at Sears Home Improvement, Home Depot Home Services and the Kelly Gutter Co. in Denver. As a sales representative for Englert, Allen will be responsible for Western sales of Englert K-Style gutter products and accessories and RainPro, a revolutionary, residential gutter design with more capacity than a K-Style 5-inch system.
