Follansbee to offer S-5! products (September 2009)

Follansbee has partnered with S-5!, Colorado Springs, Colo., to provide customers with the ability to easily specify solar clamping and snow retention products. In addition to S-5! snow guards, Follansbee will also offer S-5! clamps. ColorGard, SnoRail and SnoFence ensure proper snow migration on rooftops, while the new S-5-PV Kit will allow for solar panel installation without puncturing the roof’s surface. “S-5! products will function as a great addition to Follansbee’s current range of metal roofing products and accessories,” said Edward Thomas, vice president and general manager of Follansbee. Rob Haddock, S-5! founder and CEO, commented: “We are honored to add Follansbee to our growing family of S-5! partners. Theirs is one of the oldest and most respected names in metal roofing, and we consider this alliance the ultimate vote of their confidence in our product and attachment technology.” Follansbee is located in Follansbee, W.Va.
