Oklahoma City-based Star Building Systems announces Michael Skiba has accepted the position of western region manager. Prior to his appointment, Skiba was a general contractor and district manager with Star covering the upper half of California, Nevada, Utah and parts of Colorado.Skiba will assume western regional manager duties effective immediately.
