Building tool shelters digital, physical models

Arckit is a free-form model building tool that functions as a standalone product and a built-off using bespoke 3-D printed components or more traditional materials. The system can be used alongside 3-D computer models to communicate ideas to clients and colleagues, as well as a physical discussion tool throughout all project stages. Components are made on a standard 4-foot modular grid to a scale of 1:48 and models can be finished with surface textures and material patterns by accessing the Arckitexture Library on Arckit’s website.
