Garland’s R-Mer Span structural standing seam metal roof system has a 2 3/8-inch-high vertical seam and tight curving capability. Steel can be produced with a 20-foot radius; aluminum can be produced with a 10-foot radius. R-Mer Span can be used on slopes to 1/4-inch per foot.

AEP Span, a division of ASC Profiles LLC

AEP Span offers aluminum 16-inch Span-Lok hp (high performance) metal roofing panels that can be used for projects in coastal or other corrosive environments with minimum slopes of 1/2:12. The panels can also be used in vertical wall applications. They are produced in 0.04-inch-thick aluminum; panel lengths are 6 feet to 40 feet.

Firestone Building Products Co. Inc.

Firestone Building Products’ UC-14 Roofing Panel is an architectural standing seam metal roof panel with a 1 3/4-inch-tall, continuous interlocking seam that snaps together. It is able to accommodate long panels and thermal expansion. The system uses a concealed clip fastening system for added protection.

McElroy Metal

McElroy Metal’s Maxima standing seam is available in three profiles: Maxima, Maxima 1.5 and Maxima ADV. All Maxima panels are mechanically seamed and offered striated or with a flat pan, except the Maxima 3-inch-high panel, which is available striated or with minor ribs. Maxima 1.5 and Maxima ADV can be curved.

Overly Manufacturing Co.

Overly’s Bermuda metal panel system can be installed on roofs and walls. It can be used on straight sloped roofs, barrel vault roofs, dome roofs and other surfaces with complex geometry. The step in the panels is adjustable from 3/4-inch to 6 inches. The maximum panel dimensions are 36 inches by 168 inches. The panels are available in aluminum, copper, stainless steel and titanium.

Petersen Aluminum Corp.

Petersen’s PAC-CLAD Snap-Clad architectural metal roof panels have a 1 3/4-inch leg height and a continuous interlock for structural performance and wind resistance. Panels are produced in continuous lengths. An optional factory-applied sealant bead for improved weather resistance is available. Concealed fastener clips allow thermal expansion/contraction and provide hold-down strength.
