Panel attachment disengages during seismic events

Construction Specialties Inc.’s LAF-2G flush metal wall and ceiling cover is for large interior joints where minimal visibility is desired. It is made with an anodized aluminum side frame and metal panel. The panel attachment allows for thermal expansion and disengages during a seismic event, preventing damage to surrounding walls.
