PBK Architects, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, was the architect; Ellis Don Corp., Halifax, Nova Scotia, was the construction manager; and J.W. Lindsay Enterprises Ltd., Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, was the general contractor.
