Capital Place Condominiums is a 1,022,209-squarefoot luxury high-rise condominium building with 394 units in downtown Honolulu. The building blends the aesthetics of contemporary design with a tropical sense of place.
Hendrick Architectural Products, Carbondale, Pa., supplied perforated metal panels for the parking garage. The perforated panels have 0.563 circles by 0.750-inch staggered centers. Hendricks supplied 160 48- by 84-foot sheets; 120 42.750- by 84-foot sheets and 10 48- by 85-foot sheets.
PMK Development, Honolulu, was the developer; Benjamin Woo Architects, Honolulu, was the architect; Albert C. Kobayashi Inc., Waipahu, Hawaii, was the general contractor; and Jayco Hawaii Inc., Waipahu, Hawaii, is the fabricator.
