In a 45,400-square-foot warehouse at Classic Granite and Marble, there are 11 cranes. Two 10-ton crane rails are 93 feet apart on the east side of the building. A high side of the building has two 4-ton cranes. There are also nine 1.5-ton floor mounted cranes.

The 83,000-square-foot building also has 37,600 square feet of office space and mezzanine with a circular section that overlooks a showroom floor. The second-level radius floor was built with structural studs and deck.

The project used Metallic Building Systems’ metal building system, Metl-Span’s 2 1/2-inch-thick Tuff Wall insulated metal panels (IMPs) and 2 1/2-inch-thick Mesa IMPs Antique Bronze, Snow White, Textured White and Tuff Coat Warm Limestone. For the roof, MBCI supplied its 24-gauge Double Lok standing seam roof system and Battenlock standing seam roof system in Galvalume. Additionally, MBCI’s Artisan metal soffit panels in Snow White, Metallic Products Corp.’s metal canopies and Bay Insulation Systems Inc.’s insulation were installed.
