Super Sky Products Enterprises LLC supplied and installed its 59-foot-long, custom vault skylight with gabled ends in a cocktail room with 18-foot-high ceilings. Linetec finished the skylight’s 1,307-square-foot aluminum framing in two-coat, 70 percent PVDF resin-based coating in Bone White. The skylight features Viracon Inc.’s V34-SM(2) bronze, low-E, heatstrengthened, insulated glass.

Tammy Schroeder, LEED Green Associate, senior marketing specialist at Linetec, says the coating would perform long-term and require minimal maintenance. “The combination of high-performance glass and high-performance coatings on Super Sky’s skylight helps keep The Waterfall’s guests comfortable and carefree, and helps keep the facility looking picture-perfect,” she says.

The 18,000-square-foot catering facility accommodates parties to 500 people. The renovation project began in 2014 and was completed in January 2015.
