The 62,000-square-foot (5,760-m2) Ke-West Sports Complex in Kewaskum, Wis., features a 27,000-square-foot (2,508-m2) indoor paintball field, outfitted with a specifically designed sports turf that includes two indoor X-Ball/NPPL fields with the option of one large combination field. An indoor Rocky Mountain-themed 18-hole miniature golf course includes mounted deer, foxes, eagles and a black bear, complete with waterfall and streams. The Eagles Nest upper level deli and seating area overlooks the golf course. The complex also includes a playground, arcade and private party room.

American Design & Build, West Bend, Wis., was the design-build contractor for the project that features a metal building from American Buildings Co., Eufaula, Ala. The building has a 2:12 structural standing-seam 360 roof, also from American Buildings. Thermal Design Inc., Stoughton, Wis., supplied a Bright White R-32 Simple Saver System for the roof installation, which met the demanding needs for a durable and energy-efficient interior finish. The highly reflective fabric liner system allowed for fewer light fixtures while maintaining the desired light levels throughout the complex.
