Located in Milford, N.J., Exoticars USA offers customers restoration and maintenance for luxury vehicles. Exoticars USA relocated and expanded to a 6,000-square-foot restored facility. Part of an old bank building that was abandoned in the 1990s, the facility was restored through the work of Flemington, N.J.-based architectural firm, Chambers Architecture Inc., and general contractor and installer, Washington, N.J.-based Hance Construction Inc.

“We had just outgrown our other shop so it was time to invest in our facilities,” says Exoticars owner Wil de Groot. As a result, Hance Construction supplied a building from Kansas City, Mo.- based Butler Manufacturing’s Liberty product line.

Art Hance, president of Hance Construction explains, “… [The] building from Butler’s Liberty product category … was ideal for Exoticars’ needs and budget.” As the fourth generation of his family to work in the automobile industry, de Groot now has a brand new facility in which to refurbish and restore some of the world’s finest cars.
