The
Downingtown, Pa., project involved a massive renovation of the historic Brandywine Paper Mill located on the Brandywine River. Built in the early 1800s, the low-lying 6,200-square-foot (576-m2) fieldstone building was first a sawmill and then a paper mill. The recently completed Phase 1 includes the
Firecreek Restaurant & Bar, along with several condo units in an adjoining three-story building. Phase 2 and 3 on the 3-plus-acre (1.2-plus-hectare) site will include an office building and additional riverside condominiums.

Petersen Aluminum Corp., Elk Grove Village, Ill., supplied 3,700 square feet (344 m2) of 24-gauge Galvalume Plus High Snap-On Panels, and 2,240 square feet (208 m2) of 16-ounce 1/2-inch (13-mm) Copper Corrugated Panels.

Carroll Design Build, Haverford, Pa., was the architect; Carroll Contractors Inc., Haverford, was the general contractor; and Munn Roofing Corp., Chalfont, Pa., was the roofing contractor.
