To meet building energy codes, NORR Inc. designed the exterior of Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago River North with insulated metal panels (IMPs). The 120,000-square-foot hotel has 206 guest rooms and, at the ground floor, 5,000 square feet of retail space.

All American Exterior Solutions installed 46,000 square feet of Metl-Span’s 3-inchthick IMPs in five exterior colors and Igloo White on the interior of the panels.

All American Exterior Solutions installed 23,735 square feet in Striated Zinc Gray, 12,398 square feet in Mesa Zinc Gray, 4,906 square feet in Striated Medium Bronze, 4,058 square feet in Striated Polar White and 1,452 square feet in Striated Sandstone.
