The project consisted of 9,000 square feet (836 m2) of new construction and renovations to the existing town hall building. One of the challenges in the project was the installation of a metal retrofit roof system over the existing town hall, in addition to ensuring that the new structure would blend in seamlessly with the older historical buildings around it.

McElroy Metal Inc. supplied 1,300 square feet (121 m2) of 24-gauge Maxima 2:16 metal roof panels in Bare Galvalume for the retrofit roof over the existing town hall, as well as 5,500 square feet (511 m2) of 24-gauge Maxima 2:16 metal roof panels in Colonial Red for the new fire station and front canopies. The project also utilized McElroy’s 16-inch (406-mm), 24-gauge curved Medallion I metal roof panels at the dormers.
