The LeMars Pizza Hut/Taco Bell in
LeMars, Iowa, opened in January 2011. The restaurant contains a single-slope, rigid frame building and Architectural III metal wall panels in Light Stone from Eufaula, Ala.-based American Buildings Co. The 11,242-square-foot building is a multi-use retail structure with two restaurants located at each end of the building. The interior bays are various-use tenant spaces. The exterior utilizes multiple claddings such as EIFS, brick, stone and steel siding panels. Bacon Creek Design Inc., Sioux City, Iowa, served as the project architect and Bacon Creek Construction, Sioux City, was the American Buildings Builder.
