ThenDesign Architecture Ltd. designed the exterior of Campus International School in Cleveland with Silversmith metal wall panels accented by siding and louvers in Weather Zinc and Copper Penny.
Fox Enterprise Services installed 29,960 square feet of Morin Corp.’s metal wall panels in four styles. It installed Morin’s Matrix Series 22-gauge MX 1.0 concealed fastener panels in Silversmith, 22-gauge MX 1.0 panels in Copper Penny, 22-gauge C-37-7/8 exposed fastener panels in Weathered Zinc and 22-gauge CF Series N-12 concealed fastener panels in Copper Penny.
Additionally, Fox Enterprise Services fabricated and installed 7,583 square feet of Mitsubishi Chemical Composites America Inc.’s 4-mm ALPOLIC aluminum composite material (ACM) panels in Mica OPT Platinum for the project.
Fox Enterprise Services installed metal siding and ACM panels over approximately five miles of Z-channel and J-channel. Z-furring and insulation were installed over the entire building. Three-inch-deep ACM bands run around the building.
Fox Enterprise Services wrapped 126 window openings with metal siding and trim and installed Construction Specialties Inc.’s louvers. Siding depths are 7/8-inch for horizontal panels and 1 1/2 inches for vertical panels. A 24-inch layout allowed for 2 inches of fire-stop insulation. The 37,543-square-foot project was completed in August 2017.
