This 81-unit condominium building is located in the heart of Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. It includes three commercial spaces, a common area recreation room, workout area and three stories of underground parking. Built in accordance with the Seattle City Light Built Smart program, Matae Belltown Condominiums incorporates eco-friendly and energy efficient building materials.
CENTRIA supplied 14,957 square feet (1,390 m2) of 22-gauge Concept Series CS-620 metal wall panels in Pewter with a smooth Sundance AM coating and 2,153 square feet (200 m2) of 22-gauge Concept Series CS-660 metal wall panels in Pewter with a smooth Sundance AM coating. The Pewter wall panels give the building a modern and contemporary feel, reflective of its location in a trendy neighborhood. The panels were a cost-effective way to provide a clean and unbroken appearance with interesting visual effects.
