Login Canada’s new corporate headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, was built using a metal building, roof and walls from Robertson Building Systems, Ancaster, Ontario, Canada. Construction began in April 2007 and was completed in October 2008. The 30,128-square-foot (2,799- m2) building is 130 feet (40 m) wide by 160 feet (49 m) long with 26-foot (8-m) eave heights. The project utilized a standing-seam metal roof in Galvalume and 26-gauge A-36 Structuroc wall panels in Polar White and Ash Gray.
The project consisted of a 10,000-square-foot (929-m2),two-story office area with an open foyer added to the front of a warehouse. The pre-engineered building allowed the builder to provide a warehouse quickly and efficiently, while the interior design for the office was ongoing.
Thomas Design Builders Ltd., Winnipeg, was the design builder, and Global Structures, Winnipeg, was the erector.
