Owners of Best Western Plus Philadelphia Bensalem Hotel in Bensalem, Pa., wanted to provide year-long swimming pool access to guests. Freedom Steel Building Corp. supplied a 44-foot by 77-foot by 10-foot indoor pool building for the hotel. The owners of the hotel constructed the metal building system.
The project features Freedom Steel Building’s standing seam roof with 2-foot overhangs, gutters, downspouts and 20-gauge, crushed marble-coated metal siding. It also features four of Freedom Steel Building’s 3- by 10-foot skylight panels with specialty insulation for the project. Additionally, Freedom Steel Building supplied and installed Thermal Design Inc.’s Simple Saver System roof insulation designed to provide an R-38 value. The 2,650-square-foot project was completed in 2015.
