The Fountains at Millenia in Orlando, Fla., include three- and four-story buildings with 900- to 1,400-square-foot (84- to 130-m2) apartments surrounding a resort-style pool. Architectural elements include the metal roofed entry towers with island colonial bracket and louver details accentuating the open breezeways and balconies.Elk Grove Village, Ill.-based Petersen Aluminum Corp. provided 50,000 square feet (4,645 m2) of 24-gauge, 16-inch- (406-mm-) wide SNAP-CLAD panels and formed flashings finished in PACCLAD/ VALSPAR Fluropon Champagne Metallic by Valspar, Minneapolis. The architect was Slocum Platts Architects; the roofing contractor was CNH Roofing; and the roofing distributor was ABC Supply Corp., all based out of Orlando.
