Choice Hotels International opened its first-ever Cambria Suites hotel in Boise, Idaho, and utilized approximately 12,000 square feet (1,115 m2) of Indianapolis-based Citadel Architectural Products Inc.’s Envelope 2000 metal composite material panels finished in Clear Anodized. The Citadel panels were interfaced with both masonry and EIFS and were attached with Citadel’s progressive Reveal System that offers superior flatness and durability while being field assembled for greater value.

Additionally, numerous small 2- by 2-inch (51- by 51-mm) and 3- by 3-inch (76- by 76-mm) columns were wrapped long ways, requiring a vertical seam and then a horizontal seam about halfway up, according to J.P. Riley, project manager and superintendent.

Design for the project was provided by Minds Eye Architecture, Charlotte, N.C.; the distributor was Pacific Architectural Products Inc., Clackamas, Ore.; and Hobson Fabricating Inc., Boise, installed the Citadel system.
