The Four Seasons Ranch in Pearsall, Texas, was established in 2000 so friends and family could enjoy the Texas outdoors. The 17,000-square-foot (1,579-m2) Lodge was started in July 2008 and completed in August 2009, and features a metal building, roof and walls from Houston-based Mid-West Steel Building Co. Mid-West supplied its 24-gauge BattenLok roof panels, along with the framed openings for windows, personnel doors and vents; and its 26-gauge PBR panels for the endwalls and sidewalls, along with 26-gauge reverse rolled PBU soffit panels. Additionally, all wall panels are covered with stucco and stone exterior finish. Copper Metallic was chosen as the metal roof color to coordinate with the colors in the stone finish of many of the buildings on the ranch. Four Seasons Development Co. Inc., Houston, was the design-builder.
