The new two-story office facility for Hi-Stat Manufacturing in Lexington, Ohio, incorporated a Standing Seam II roof system from Eufaula, Ala.-based American Buildings Co., giving the building a modern look and increased energy efficiency. The office was part of a three-tier improvement plan at the plant, which included a new manufacturing addition and loading dock addition. All these additions were supplied by ABC. The new office houses front office personnel for Hi-Stat and freed existing office floor space for manufacturing use. The architect was The Seckel Group, Mansfield, Ohio, and the ABC builder was G.P. Wiegand Construction Inc., Mansfield.
