McElroy Metal Inc., Bossier City, La., supplied approximately 65 squares (604 m2) of 24-gauge Evergreen Low Gloss coil for the roof of a private residence in Michigamme, Mich. The coil was rollformed on-site to 16-inch- (406-mm-) wide by 1-inch- (25- mm-) high mechanically seamed panels. The owner chose mechanically seamed panels due to snow and ice problems in the past. Dan Perkins Construction, Ishpeming, Mich., was the installer.
