Seven Stars is a 120-suite beachfront resort featuring accommodations of one to four bedrooms with ocean- and garden-view terraces, expansive marble baths and full kitchens, located at the center of Grace Bay Beach on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies. The resort also includes a workout center with a full range of cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, a full-service spa, outdoor pool with mosaic design, a water sports program, lighted tennis courts, children’s play area, the Sand Dollar grill and wireless Internet access. The 1,283-square-foot (119-m2) La Pergola function space can accommodate up to50 people in several configurations, including classroom, u-shape, boardroom or theater.
The complex includes several roofs in a custom color blue from Englert Inc., Perth Amboy, N.J. The project featured more than 30,000square feet (2,787 m2) of 16-inch (406-mm) 0.4- aluminum Englert Series 2500 standing-seam roof panels. Owens Metals Co., West Palm Beach, Fla., was the installer. The standing-seam metal panels were chosen because of the buildings proximity to the ocean and salt air, in addition to being an aesthetically unifying element of the complex’s different rooflines.
