NetJets and Signature Aviation elevate private travel in Las Vegas

NetJets[1] announced the opening of its newly constructed facility at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas, which was developed in partnership with Signature Aviation[2].

The campus, totaling more than 300,000 sf of infrastructure, combines a private customer terminal, two hangars, including an Executive Jet Management (EJM) facility, a NetJets Service Hub, and expansive preferred-use ramp space.

“Together with NetJets, we are proud to open a luxury facility that reflects the future of private aviation, focused on seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience,” said Tony Lefebvre, CEO of Signature Aviation.

Inspired by the desert landscape, NetJets’ 17,069-sf private terminal features a lounge, VIP conference rooms, and a family room. Direct airside access lets customers reach their aircraft without entering shared terminal areas, while on-site representatives provide personalized service throughout the travel experience.

The complex includes two hangars, over 250,000 square feet of ramp space for about 25 aircraft, and a year-round service hub operating 24/7.

This service hub, where aircraft are detailed and stocked for mission readiness, also allows the company to perform proactive maintenance on-site. According to NetJets, this improves operational efficiency and reduces aircraft downtime for the high volume of NetJets aircraft operating throughout the western U.S.

The Las Vegas facility is the first new-build project jointly developed by NetJets and Signature Aviation. It’s part of broader network enhancements, including new and expanded facilities in Dallas, Palm Beach, and Washington, D.C., to meet growing customer demand and improve the travel experience.
