The new 31,000-square-foot (2,880-m2) Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View Fire Station in Spring Lake Park, Minn., combines two older stations. The new facility has a training room, conference room, administrative offices, a kitchen and a lounge area. The general contractor on the project, Bossardt Corp., Minneapolis, used UNACORE Series 10 0.040-aluminum Honeycomb panels in Champagne and UNAFAB Series 100 0.125-aluminum Column Covers in Champagne Metallic, both by Firestone Metal Products, Anoka, Minn., over the entrance of the building. The installer was Jadco Supply & Equipment, Minneapolis.
