Designed and constructed on a very tight existing building site, the Anderson Municipal Building in Anderson, S.C., features steep-sloped gable roofs to match the existing downtown courthouse building. The facility houses the credit union, water department, tax office, city transportation department and the police department training facility. McElroy Metal, Bossier City, La., supplied 9,300 square feet (864 m2) of 24-gauge Medallion-Lok 16-inch- (406-mm-) wide metal roof panels in a Colonial Red Kynar coating.

Neal Prince Architects, Greenville, S.C., was the architect; SYS Construction, Anderson, was the general contractor; and Achelpohl Roofing, Prosperity, was the roofing contractor.
