The municipal economic development agency of Millington, Tenn., operates from a 22,000-square-foot (2,044-m2) multitenant building. The building was designed and built around a combination of tilt-up concrete walls and pre-engineered metal building systems.
The structural framing and standing-seam metal roof system came from Bartlett, Tenn.-based Liberty Building Systems. The project designer was Professional Design Resources, Bartlett. The general contractor on the project was Greg and Scott Stephens, Paris, Tenn.
