The Piscataway Public Safety building in Piscataway, N.J., which houses the township’s police department, including its uniform patrol division, records, investigations, community affairs and training facilities, as well as its municipal court, offices and fire safety program, recently underwent a renovation that included the addition of a new standing-seam roof. The project used Englert Series 2500 16-inch (406-mm) slate-gray panels to cover most of the roof’s 35,000-square-foot (3,252-m2) surface, including two raised HVAC units. The curved roof over the building’s main entrance utilized Englert Series 1300 panels. The metal roofing fabricator, ADPI Inc. of Avenel, N.J., also produced the Englert 22-gauge metal sheet for the building’s fascia material and the Englert E375 soffit material. The material was installed by A&M Roofing, Annandale, N.J.
