TheCATwork architecture firm designed a four-part modular office building for Remley Construction, a general contractor in Turkey. The four modules are each approximately 10 feet wide by 20 feet long. Total space is 775 square feet. The modules are above ground so they are capable of being moved to a different location while remaining intact.
Each module serves a different function. One has the building entrance and reception desk. Another contains a meeting room, and the other two have a manager’s office and office space for other employees.
Remley Construction was general contractor and erector/installer for the building, which has a steel structure and perforated metal panels on the exterior. The company installed 1,100 square feet of Kasso Engineering’s perforated metal panels in Pulver. The project was completed in October 2017.
