(5.6-hectare) development offers 80,000 square feet (7,432 m2) of retail and office space. The project features 20,000square feet
(1,858 m2) of 24-gauge steel, 16- inch (406-mm) on-center, Snap-Clad panels finished in Kynar 500 Forest Green from Petersen Aluminum Corp.

Roofing contractor: R & S Construction Services Inc., Middlebury, Conn.
