Construction on the 11,300-square-foot (1,050-m2) Air Mechanical facility in Fargo, N.D., began in October 2007 and was completed in July 2008. The building houses an HVAC supply/manufacturing plant.

The project features 24-gauge Galvalume DoubleLok roof panels from Metallic Building Co., Houston. The facility is comprised of three buildings-a 60- by 30- by 14-foot (18- by 9- by 4-m) office with a single-slope roof, a 70- by 110- by 20-foot (21- by 34- by 6-m) shop with a gable roof and a 60- by 30- by 14-foot plumbing shop with a single-slope roof. The roof slopes are 1:12 for the office and plumbing shop and 4:12 for the shop.
